Patients in the sample describe a discreet clinic where staff take time to explain treatment options. Several name Kara or Rhonda as caring and knowledgeable, and a few say they noticed results quickly. Sample size is small, and no complaints appear in the recent reviews.
All eight reviews are five stars. Customers praise Nate, Brandon, and the team for knowing their products and making TRT straightforward. Staff explain procedures in detail, answer questions readily, and fit appointments into daily routines without friction.
Reviewers consistently praise Infinity for staff warmth and genuine attention to individual needs across cosmetic and hormone treatments. Heidi Hunter, Mike, Patti, and Kat earn specific mention for professionalism and listening. One stark outlier complaint alleges a doctor (Anthony Esposito) misrepresented candidacy for stem cell therapy, resulting in harm. The overwhelming body of evidence is overwhelmingly positive.
Most reviewers praise the sauna and cold plunge classes, the breathwork, and the clean, high-end space. Many say the staff feels warm and the community keeps them coming back. Several praise Dr. Heim's care for wellness and longevity goals. Two detailed 1-star reviews describe a different experience. They say hormone visits felt rushed, supplements were pushed, and lab costs added up. One patient also reported portal access problems.
